Shipping, refunds and exchange policy
Order processing time:
Orders placed before 12pm on Mondays to Fridays will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following business day, and orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Order processing generally takes 1 - 2 business days.
Estimated shipping times and costs:
A standard domestic shipping cost of $6.95 will apply to all orders and delivery will take place within 3 - 7 business days from when the order has been processed.
Standard shipping is free when you spend $75 or more.
International shipping:
Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Refunds/exchanges:
We have a 30-day refund policy for any items that lead to any unusual skin reactions and were purchased on this website. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund should any skin reactions have been caused by the item(s). To do so, a photo of the skin reaction including a short description of the concern needs to be emailed to info@armeecosmetics.com to initiate the refund process. Shipping costs are never refunded.
We have a 30-day exchange policy for defective items purchased directly on this website. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange should your item carry any defect. To do so, a photo of the defect on/of the item including a short description of the concern needs to be emailed to info@armeecosmetics.com to initiate the exchange process.
For products NOT purchased through www.armeecosmetics.com please contact the original place of purchase for a return or exchange. Should you have any return question or have any concerns regarding any shipping matters at info@armeecosmetics.com.
